Divine Golf

Jesus and St. Peter go out to play golf.

St. Peter tees off first and hits a beautiful drive straight down the fairway, landing perfectly three feet away from the hole. "Good job," says Jesus, "now let me see what I can do." Jesus tees off and shanks it miserably. The ball bounces off a tree and lands near a squirrel, which proceeds to pick it up. As it is running off, a hawk suddenly swoops down, snatches up the squirrel, and starts flying towards the hole. Right as the hawk passes above the hole, a bolt of lightning strikes it, and the hawk drops to the ground. As it hits, the ball flies away from the animal and rolls into the hole. St. Peter turns to Jesus and says, "Are we here to play golf or just mess around?"
