Gas and Luck

A farmer sees a hybrid car at a gas station.

A farmer goes into town in his old pickup truck to fill up and buy supplies. He pulls into a gas station, where another man is filling up a hybrid car. The farmer asks, "What kind of vehicle is that, son?" "It's a new hybrid car," the man answers. The farmer ponders this and asks, "What makes it a hybrid?" "It runs on both gasoline and electricity," the man explains. "Well, if that's the case, my truck is a hybrid too," the farmer replies. The man is puzzled. "How is that?" The farmer says, "My truck runs on gas and luck. I fill it up with gasoline, and I'm lucky if it turns on!"
