I saw her crying hysterically, so I asked her what the matter was.

She pointed to the headline of the newspaper she was reading: "3 Brazilian soldiers killed in uprising." "That is sad," I said. "I know!" she replied. Then she asked, "By the way, I cannot remember... how many is a Brazilian?"
