Onomatopoeia Diagnosis

A man walks into a doctor's office describing his symptoms. The doctor runs some tests and comes back with the results. "Sir, I'm sorry, but you're suffering from a severe case of Onomatopoeia." The man looks frightened and asks, "Onomatopoeia... what is that?"

The doctor replies, "It's exactly what it sounds like!"
